About the agency

What do AEO, SEO, and GEO mean for a med spa?

SEO helps your practice show up in Google results, AEO helps your answers appear in direct answer boxes, and GEO helps AI tools like ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews understand and mention your practice.

All three depend on clear, accurate content that answers the questions your patients actually ask. We build that content around your services, your locations, and your patient journey. Results vary, and no one can guarantee a specific ranking or AI mention.

Who do you work with?

I work with med spas, cosmetic dermatology practices, aesthetic practices, and small wellness centers.

I keep a handful of retainer clients at a time, so each practice gets focused attention. If you are an owner, founder, or injector who wants marketing handled without taking over your week, this work is built for you.

How is your agency different from a general marketing agency?

I focus only on aesthetic practices, so the strategy reflects how patients research, book, and return for treatments.

A general agency may chase broad traffic that never turns into bookings. I keep compliance in mind with every claim and piece of patient facing content, and you work directly with me rather than a rotating account team.

How do I choose a marketing agency for my med spa?

Look for an agency that understands aesthetic compliance, explains its process in plain language, and tells you what results to expect and what it does not cover.

Ask who will do the work, how progress is measured, and what is excluded before you sign anything.

What are the benefits of consistent blog content for aesthetic practices?

Consistent blog content gives search engines and AI tools accurate, current answers about your services, which helps patients find you while they research treatments.

It also gives patients a reason to trust your practice before they book, and it gives your team a library of content to share.

Who will I be working with?

You will work directly with me, Julieann, the founder and lead creative.

I am a solo founder, so there is no junior account manager handing off your work. I bring more than 25 years of beauty industry experience, including close to 10 years inside med spas, to every project.

What experience do you bring to aesthetic practices?

I have worked in beauty for more than 25 years, and I have spent close to 10 years inside med spas.

I started as a nail technician, owned and operated a busy salon, and then worked one on one with two medspas on their content and SEO. I also hold my HIPAA annual certification and FTC compliant learning annually.

Services and scope

Do you handle all of our marketing?

No. I focus on strategy, SEO and AI visibility, blog content, Google Business Profile updates, social captions, email, and monthly reporting.

I do not handle design, photography, video editing, posting or scheduling, or paid media in standard packages. This focus lets me do the strategy work well and leaves your team free to run the business.

Can I hire you for only one service?

We can talk about narrowing the scope on your strategy call.

Services are built around your goals, so I will recommend what makes sense before anything is set. Some practices start with a focused scope and expand once they see what is working.

Do you run paid ads?

Paid ads are not included in standard packages.

If you want to explore ads, we can discuss that as a separate option on your strategy call.

Do you post on my social media accounts?

No. I write the captions and create the strategy, and you or your team handles posting.

Writing and planning content is where most practices get stuck, so that is where I focus. Posting and scheduling are not included in standard packages.

Can you rewrite my website pages?

Yes, website and service page rewrites are a project add on, separate from the monthly retainer.

Rewrites take more time than a monthly retainer can cover, so we scope them on their own. We start with an audit of what is working and what is holding your site back.

What services do you offer for aesthetic practices?

I offer SEO strategy, SEO blog writing, Google Business Profile updates, social captions, email, and monthly reporting, all built around your goals.

Website and service page rewrites are available as a project add on. Paid ads, design, photography, video editing, and posting are not included in standard packages.

What does SEO blog writing cost?

My starting package is $3,000 per month and includes four SEO blog articles, Google Business Profile posts, and SEO consulting.

Larger packages add more content and channels, and I share the options on your strategy call.

Do you create social media content for cosmetic dermatologists?

Yes. I write captions, post ideas, and monthly themes for cosmetic dermatology practices.

The content follows your monthly goals and blog topics, and you or your team handles posting and scheduling.

What SEO strategies work for cosmetic dermatology practices?

The strongest approach combines service pages for specific treatments, clear patient education, and a consistently managed Google Business Profile.

Patients search for specific treatments and want reassurance before they book, so content should answer those questions in plain language with accurate medical terminology.

How can I improve my med spa's online visibility?

Start by making sure your website, Google Business Profile, and social channels describe your services and locations the same way.

Then build content that answers the questions patients ask before they book, and keep publishing it consistently over time.

Do you work with plastic surgery clinics?

My current focus is med spas, cosmetic dermatology practices, aesthetic practices, and small wellness centers.

If your plastic surgery practice has a similar patient journey, we can talk on your strategy call about whether we are a good fit.

Do you design websites or take photos?

No. I write the copy and plan the structure, but I don't design or photograph your practice.

I can help you plan a shot list, so your team knows what to capture for your content.

Results and timing

How long does it take to see results?

Early changes often appear in the first month, and real results usually take about three months to build.

SEO and AI visibility build over time, so search results can take longer than a few weeks. Results vary by practice, starting point, and how consistently the work is put to use.

Do you guarantee bookings, rankings, or AI mentions?

No. I don't promise bookings, rankings, or specific outcomes.

Search engines and AI tools decide what they show, and no agency controls that. What I can promise is honest, well organized work and clear reporting, so you always know what is happening.

How much of my time will this take?

Very little, after the first onboarding.

You complete an onboarding questionnaire, join a monthly one on one strategy call, and review a weekly update. I handle the research, writing, and optimization.

Patient content and compliance

Can we use before and after photos in our marketing?

It depends on consent, state rules, and platform policies, so check with your compliance advisor before you publish.

I review the claims and captions in the content I write, and I flag anything that looks risky. I don't provide legal advice, and I don't use patient photos unless your practice has the written consent it needs.

Is patient information safe when we work together?

You never need to share patient records with me to get results.

My work focuses on your website, your content, and public information. I hold two HIPAA certifications completed in 2026, and I keep patient privacy in mind in every project.

How do you handle medical claims?

I keep claims accurate, and your clinical team confirms all medical details before anything goes live.

I write in plain language that patients understand, and I use correct medical terminology when it matters. Anything that describes treatment outcomes gets reviewed before it is published.

Working together

How do I schedule a strategy call with Creative Copy and Coffee?

Book a 20 minute strategy call.

We talk about your practice, your goals, and where marketing feels hardest right now. If we are a good fit, I send a proposal, and we begin once you approve it.

What do you need from me to start?

A short onboarding questionnaire, your goals, your brand voice, and any information about your services and locations.

The more you share about your patients and your team, the more accurate the strategy becomes. You do not need everything ready before the first call.

How long is the commitment?

Retainers run for at least three months.

Three months gives the work time to build. After that, we can talk about ongoing options or a pause, so you can decide what makes sense for your practice.

How many clients do you take on?

I keep a handful of retainer clients at a time.

When my roster is full, new practices join a waitlist, so every client gets my full attention.

Do you work with practices outside my area?

Yes. We work remotely, so location doesn't limit the partnership.

Video calls, email, and shared documents keep everything moving.

Can I keep my current copywriter or social manager?

That depends, and we will discuss it on the strategy call.

Strategy works best when one plan guides every channel, so your messages stay consistent. If you already have a team member in place, we can talk through how to coordinate or transition.

Still have questions?

These are the most common questions, but every practice is different. If you have something specific, let's talk on your strategy call.
